There are no LSD motors. There are LSD transmissions, and that is fairly common. That should have nothing to do with what axle will or will not work for it. As long as the diameter and splines match up, it will work, period. There is no LSD or non-LSD axles, only ABS or non-ABS.

Did you recently get a swap and go from a D-series engine to a B-series engine? If so, that could be it, because the axles are different for each one.

What is your swap and tranny and what kind if chassis? Someone here can tell you what axles will work.

Whomever said that probably was refering to the fact that the Y1 intermediate shafts are longer. I would just get a set of complete 90-93 Integra LS axles so that you don't have to build custom axles (86-89 Integra shafts/outer joints with 90-93 Inner cups) There used to be a great writeup on what you needed to do with whatever intermediate shaft you had on Hasport but now they sell their custom axles so I haven't been able to find it. Buy some from Hasport, Raxles can make you a custom axle but I think you have to supply both sets of cores to get them to do it.

You were told wrong, whomever told you that is an idiot and is probably trying to make a little extra money by selling you some more parts if you supplied the axles yourself. There is no such thing as an LSD axle, they were probably on LSD themselves.
PS-mind the caps we heard you the first time.
