Ii dindn't came with the instructions?
You might have some frinds that have done this in your town. try to check with them!
When you get it installed tell me how it works please, i want to get that too.

The collar fits around the shifter arm +
The hole goes on the OE shaft holding the current linkage.
The linkage goes on the bolt and fits to the body of the adapter.
The peak of the adapter should face up.
this is just a knock off of the B&M shifter kit.
