Default RSX, probs with moisture on inside, leakage

Ok i got an 03 RSX. About a month ago I tinted the windows. The other day it rained and i noticed that when i lower my window, like for a drive through, and then bring the window back up, there are large streaks of moisture on the inside of the window. Like what normally happens on the outside when you roll it back is happening on the inside. I went to the place that tinted it and they said they dont know why, go figure. HAS ANYONE HAD PROBLEMS WITH MOISTURE ON THE INSIDE OF THEIR WINDOWS? any info and replys on this would be helpful. Its frustrating as **** to be payin nearly 4 bills for a new acura that leaks.

More tha likely this is what it is, Mine were the same way when the guys tinted my car....Inside the vehicle glass, like insdie the inner edge of the window moulding there are two rubber channels...When they tint the windows they use a rubber device and turn the upper one down inside the door panel with this tool. They sometimes leave it turns down the opposite way until the moisture drys up, and like he did on mine he forgot...If you roll your window down and look inside you can see the felt liner thats suposed to be facing the glass might be rolled under, if so its rubber ono glass...check that and see....sorry I can't explain it any better.

I wish there was a better way to describe it, I can't post a pic...I had to take a small thin metal car and cover it with electrical tape(no scratches) then I had to insert it at the front of the window edge(with the window all the way down) and slowly work it up and back to get the inner felt lining to fold back up towards the top of the door...After that it works fine, with no water on the inside anymore.

thanks green, you seem to have the same prob that i have. i'll give it a shot, hopefully it'll work. if not, thanks anyways. it helps to know im not the only one experiencing this problem. it seems its more the fault of honda's design team than anyone else's though.

Didn't want to have different shades on the two side windows making it look weird, but i didn't want to get ticketed for it either...tinting is expensive as it is. 35% is dark enough for me...gives me a hard time at night as it is.</TD></TR></TABLE>

I have 35% tint with a 5% on the windshield, Its not really legal in my parts by my old civic had it and I like it...
Old Civic....
