i have a 98 civic coupe dx, wuts a GOOD cold air intake for me?

Im assuming this is going to turn into a CAI vs. SRI thread...but if you are set on a CAI, AEM is the best.

AEM is the best but also one of the more expensive. Your gains from a CAI are going to be minimal anyways so unless you are in Cali and/or need the Carb sticker, get a cheap ebay one. I've got an ebay one, less than $40, and compared to AEM just as good.

you really think your motors worthy of a CAI? Well if you get one, get a cheapo genero from ebay and save for boost

tru dat........or get cheapo tubing and K&N filter

thats if your interested in the CAI, personnally i would never even think of it!!!...IMO

EX intake mani, short ram to an EX airbox and a K&N filter if you like the short ram. IF not, EX intake mani to an AEM ITR CAI (the 3 inch one).

I love the argument against CAI because of puddles. You are kidding me right? I live in Oregon where it rains non stop and I've never had a problem. Only time you would have a problem is if you submerge the filter which would mean water above your floor boards. If you are driving through something like that then sucking water into your motor is the least of your worries.
