Default HELP!!! Head Gasket may be blown?

I have posted here in this forum before that i was throwing four codes(6,7,10,and12). Well, i still havent been able to figure out what it was, ive checked fuses and everything, wiring is fine, i changed one of the sensors and it was fine b/c it is still throwing the code. Well today my friend called Mahdavi Motorsports up and they said it sounded to them like my head gasket could be blown. Could this be possible, i know my head has been leaking b/c i believe my head is warped from when i put new valves and stuff in it. It has been leaking for a while now and a buddy of mine told me the head gasket will eventually blow and i kinda think it did. But would the head gasket being blown cause my car to throw these kinda codes? Help me out please!!!!

i dont think it would trigger any code with a blown headgasket, do a voltage check in the coolant, if it's oily and milky, it's the headgasket
