Default ZC Ignitor

Well my tach has started jumping around, should be my ignitor so I'll be checking connections and such tomorrow. In case I have to replace it it should be an 88-89 teg one I assume? Or could an a6 or b2 one work? What would the difference be? Tryin to save some $, thanks!

the part number for the one you need is like TC-05A

i think an Si is TC-07A.. I tried using an Si ignotor on my zc and it threw a code 4 as soon as i started the car.. Just get one from an 88- 89 teg... new it will run you around 80$
