I have a mercury tilt sensor that i just bought on ebay, which consists of two wires. I was wondering if any of you guys know how to install this thing. I have a Viper 791VX responder alarm which has a hood tampered feature which i would like to hook it up to. thanks

Use one of the negative trigger zone inputs on the alarm

I have a manual at home for the 791, don't know right off hand. go to http://www.dei.com then look for clifford products and manuals.

Does it not have a diagram? It should go to ground, or could go to 12volts. I'm not too familiar with those.
