I can't help you with the A/F gauge, but maybe I can give you some tips about the pressure gauge. As you can probably see, the black and white wiring is hooked up to the light bulb in the gauge. The black wire is a ground wire, so run it to a good grounding point either in the passenger compartment or run it to the engine bay.
For the white wire, run it to a light source that comes on when you turn on your parkinglight/headlight switch. In my old car (wasnt a Honda) I spliced into the wiring for my coin holder light bulb. I just snipped the positive wire leading to the light bulb, and wired in the white wire for the autometer gauge and crimped it all together with a butt connector. This was kinda ghetto, but it worked.
For the vacuum/boost source you can use a nipple on the intake manifold. I am assuming you have a length of small diameter nylon hardline. You will have to get the appropriate size barb connector to connect to the end of the autometer adapter. Then you hook up a vacuum line from the barbed end to the nipple on the intake manifold.

Here is whatyour typical vacuum hookup should look like (FYI that is not a Honda in the pic) :
The big brass barb fitting on the end (with all the white teflon) is the only thing that was not included in the autometer kit. Then I just get a length of vacuum line (5/8") and ran it to a nipple on the IM. just to be safe I used some tiny hoseclaps on the IM nipple and also on the fiting barb end.
