99.9% no... if it falls on its own w/ only the force of gravity and the ground is flat. Mirrors, bar ends and levers usually go first. Bodywork usually gets a little if there are no sliders. Long stalk turn signals are also likely to break off.

Unless it was tipped over from a cliff, then Id have to say no hehe. Its not too easy to twist a frame. Dent is another subject though.
