no more car tv's for californians
hey, i use my in-dash monitor to navigate my Mp3 disc, w/o it i have no way to playing music while driving......can they still write up a ticket, even though your monitor is turn off? but still visible (mean flip out)
By the looks they have to see video on it, like tv. GPS and other devices are supposed to be ok. The monitors that are off when moving should be legal. They have been talking about doing this for a couple of years. I am not surprised.

Nope. But most companies wire their monitors so they can't be playing a movie unless the car is in park.
