Default Should this setup increase stopping power?

Well of course it will but dramaticly? 99-00 Si fyi
ITR Calipers
Bremo Redrilled ITR Rotors
Hawk Brake Pads
SS Brake Lines

Is this worth it or should I just get a fastbrake setup?

Give me a reason why you think it might not.
Yea we both know Si brakes can't hold up well with a modded engine.
I don't have expierence with any of the items you posted but Im pretty sure it will be a very big difference.

Stopping power will increase and brake fade will decrease.

It will be a very good setup...I love mine. Pedal feel MIGHT get a little mooshier with the bigger calipers, but make sure the lines are bled good and brake pedal is adjusted and it will feel GREAT!
