Default o2 issues

Sorry in advance i searched current/archived and found nothing exactly like what i needed.
Car: 95 CX jdm d15b swap
Engine harness used : 95 CX
Issue: Coding CEL 41 (primary o2 sensor). Im using the 1 wire o2 from the CX and a p28 manual ecu to run the motor. Vtec has been properly wired and there are no other codes. Im thinking that i need a 4 wire o2 sensor since thats what the p28 is made for. I have a working one so if this is the issue any links to solution or how-tos would be great, thanks in advance.
