Everytime i push on the throttle lightly from take off there's a knocking sound that comes from that area inside the engine bay, but im unsure if its the motor mounts/tranny mount. Also everytime my car is on turbulant road i.e. streets with cracks or if shifting gears, it sounds if something's loose in my engine bay but again im not sure if its the motor/tranny mounts. I was just wondering if you guys can dish out some opinions before i take it into the shop. Thanks in advance everybody.

 

i had that problem right after i installed my cold air intake. the tube was not held down by anything so everytime i started to accellerate it would jump up and hit the hood. i dont know if i'm even in the right ballpark with your problem but thats what was up with mine.

CHeck the rear engine mount, but i doesnt really matter, if one goes bad, both need to change
