Default Model painting

I know that this really isn't the place to discuss this topic, but I was wondering what kinds of produckt you painters use to paint ut plastic models and is there any tricky situations you would let people know about when doing details or whole body painting. I have done them in the past (planes, cars) but never really to the quality I have desired. If someone could drop a hint and maybe some pics of the process that would be great. TIA.

Adam

P.S. Im currently building a WRX STi

If you don't have an airbrush, use testors or boyd's model paint. clean the model well, shake the can well, and put the can in some hot water for ~1 minute before painting. warming an aerosol paint ionizes it and it sprays alot better. ..and follow the directions on the can.
