this is the amp im interested in. just to power up my speakers. (four 6 1/2 3 ways) it came with the car. i dont want to spend too much money just for my highs. cheapest price i found on this amp is $123. is this amp alright? thanks

sony amps suck when it comes to subs, dont know about highs tho. but i know i would never spend any money on sony amps.

 

my Sony amp sucks on highs..it's an older model though

I'd say it would be ok, but certainly not what I would choose.

 

Im not too fond of Sony anything. I run an XTANT amp and Im very pleased with it.
