my car have headers 4-2-1 but i want to change the pipes what diameter recommend 2.5" ? its good?

 

I like 2.5"

 

Supposedly, 2 1/4 is optimal for a d-series.

 

with 2.5 increase or lost hp? gain

 

60mm is optimal...D-series doesnt produce enough backpressure to need 2.5" piping

Increase of HP but loss of low end TQ

 

60mm? jejeje bike pipes? or what jejeje i know small engine but i need ideas i think 2 1/4 or 2.25" pipes

60mm is metric...because thats what all of the good japanese exhausts say. Its 2.36." For your case, i'd just say do 2.25" Are you gonna have an exhaust shop do a custom catback or something? because they NEVER fit right and they dont use stainless steel pipes so it usually rusts after a year...not to mention they are crush bent so they dont have the flow that mandrel bent catbacks do
