It definitely could be the valve cover gasket. Pull it off and check it. I would also apply some Hondabond to that area when you put it back on. I don't think this is caused my the infamous B series cam seal leak.
It's a Del Sol and Accord. Now maybe if it is a B16a3 Del Sol, but the Golden Eagle stuff is only for B series motors. Those cars probably have a SOHC F series and a SOHC D series. I still say valve cover gasket or bad sealing distributor.

how much tq for the valve cover bolts??</TD></TR></TABLE>
you don't have a cam seal on that engine.
More than likely it's your distributor o-ring or the valve cover gasket. If you can't see it leaking where the VC meets the head, count that out. There are 3 12mm bolts to pull the distributor off. Before doing so, mark where the dist lines up unless you have a timing light.
When you pull it out, you will see a rubber o-ring where it slides into the head. Check for cracks, breaks, etc. You can get a new one at Honda, or at Home Depot for even cheaper

If they are SOHC its one of four things:
-Dizzy O-ring
-Valve Cover Gasket
-Head Gasket
-VTEC Solenoid Gasket (for VTEC models)
SOHC's don't have cam seals on the left side I dont know why everyone is saying that

becuse they ride the short bus
and I highly doubt it's the head gasket. I personally have never seen a good running car leaking oil out of the head gasket.
