It wasn't that hard in my Si.

basically, you have to drop the front crossmember and lift i tup into the engine bay. take off the splash guards, and take off the 4 bolts that hold the crossmember on. there's some plastic cladding that wraps around the crossmember and will make it not want to drop far enough. you'll see what I mean when you get under there. the xmember will need to drop a foot or so.

I also unbolted the front mount so I could rotate the engine a little, but I don't remember if that helped. it was easy enough to do anyways.

don't torque down the exhaust nuts too hard when you're installing them. they strip easily. I think they're brass. they don't hold the wheels on the car or anything.

route the O2 wire behind the engine. I dunno... I just found that to be easier. I had to crimp in an extra section of wire tho. no biggie.

basically the job is cake if you unbolt the front crossmember. hope this all helps

With air tools it should take less than an hour.

Just forgot... Will it clear the xmember when its installed?-What about ground clearance?-I slammed my car ~3.5" @ front. No problem with stock header.

it'll clear the xmember no prob.

mine doesn't stick any lower than the stock manifold so far as I can tell. but mine's actually for a d16Y7 (ripped it off an accord in a junkyard) so it might be slightly different.
