Default b series parts

i have been asking around abount building a b16 for 3500 some one suggested to use b17 crank and rods dose this stroke it or are they just light weight and stronger

Yes is gives you bit more dissplacment and still maintains a good rod to stroke ratio.

I've got a complete crank, rod and piston assembly from a 93 gsr.

It does increase torque throughout the powerband. I was going to use it, but ran into a deal with a B18C5 bottom end. Thats my new project.
