my mechanic told me i cracked my rear engine mount , cuz i told him i got this rattling noise when i take off

i just wondering if its true ?? cuz i dont wanna waste my money on something that doesnt need to be replaced.

note : i raced the car a couple days before the car was making rattling noise , i got a bad wheel hop
