I recently purchased used 98+ tails for my 94 LS, cuz mine were condensated and I wanted all red:

so I plug these bad boys in, and now my brakes lights are constantly on.

if I just get in my car, and I tap the brakes the "driving" lights come on.

is this cuz they are possibly JDM or UKDM? or, what do you think is the malfunction? I need to fix this b4 I go to work tomorrow @ noon. Please let me know. Thank you for your input.

did you check the wires? make sure none of them got crossed or anything. that would be abou the only thing i could think of.

 

just use the wiring harness from your old tail lights. problem solved.

you actually changed the wiring harness when you got the new lights? may i ask why?

I believe the taillights have their own sub-harnesses that attach to the body harness, and the light sockets are contained in that sub-harness. So he needs to put his 94 taillight sub-harness onto the 98 lights.
