Best camshafts for D16Z6 SOHC VTEC?
What is the best camshaft for the D16Z6 SOHC VTEC with intake and header. Stock block, stock head. The motors in a 89 civic std using 88-91 si distributor, 88-91 si injectors and ecu. I want it to idle good but want a good cam for all motor. What else is the best bang for your buck mod for this motor?

In the newest issue of Turbo the dyno tested a ZEX camshaft and it added 11hp in the midrange of the rpm band... not too shabby eh?
It also comes with a cam gear for fine tuning the power band.
