alright well i have adjusted the warm idle screw down to 700 but i still seem to have this problem. alright when sitting at a stoplight the car will vary idle from 1500 rpm up to 3500, and no its not the surging idle problem most of the time the car sits at 2100 rpms. But lately the car seems to go up to 3500rpms and it holds it. I dont know what is the problem, i think maybe TPS but i dont have a multimeter to check it. What do you guys think?

try cleaning the screen in your IACV with carb cleaner?
