This may sound rediculous: would it be possible to use 5 lug parts from an Accord to convert and integra to 5 lug? the bolt patters are the same, the rotors are the same. would the hubs be the same too? I would also probably have to use ITR LCA's right? lemme know...

 

Do a search. Many Honda parts are interchangeable, but I'm not sure exactly what model Accord the ITR hubs are identical too... I know that the Legend SE has the exact same hubs and brakes as the ITR though - so that might help.
