The name of the company is SUMMIT racing of Japan. They were mainly involved with Suburu suspension parts, but started designing a few products for Hondas. Send an IM to Sosoxgino, as he's the only one that I know of that's ever had communication with Summit racing, when he visited Japan, he brough a few back, that pic is one of them.

I wouldn't go as far as calling it gay, I don't see how a shiny metallic object can have a sexual preference (stupid ignorant ***** will learn someday). I would however agree that it is absolutely useless, why are you getting it?
