Money.

Go with some bigger cams, valvetrain, pistons, engine management, tuning.

MONEY.

FOR turbo.

I just turboed my civic with GSR motor and I'm now in low 13's on street tires.

That's a lot of money invested for so slow a time.

You have many options. Think about what you want out of the car, then SEARCH!

Exactly.
What are you interested in? Having someone tell you exactly what to put on your car to get a 13 sec time slip(just to say you ran 13s)? Or researching, learning, and modifying your car how YOU want? And then of course see how well your car does

Oh come on, tell the guy your guys' secret...alright, I'll do it. Go out and find the biggest damned spoiler you can find (I suggest you break into the airport hangars and steal the tail off a boeing 747), drag it to your house, and install it onto your car. After you've done this, your car will probably be flat, so call a tow trucking service with REALLY fast tow trucks and ask them to go really fast while towing your car. That might get you into the 13's. And if you ask REALLY nice, they might even let you drive the tow truck...but I doubt it. They're stingy that way.

Edit:This is an example of why I should get more than an hour of sleep a night, and I apologize...I won't be deleting, though, because that's quitting and quitting's for losers
