Default using "Petty bar" in very 1st hpde. where does instructor sit????

i have an 88 crx and i def plan on running a "petty bar" but after thinking about my situation, being a rookie and all, i was wondering if If the bar is installed, where will the instructor sit? Since there's no room for a seat, would i even be allowed to drive? Can i make this bar a bolt in while the rest of the cage is welded? Suggestions / comments??

leave it out. once u go w2w, put it in. otherwise ull have to do lead-follow (if your reigon does that)

I have on in my 88 CRX and there's no way I would put a passenger on that side. Mine is cut and sleeved so I can remove it.

put it in when you have your licence and ready to race...

I got a couple of IM's about this so I figure I'll post the picture here. This is what a sleeved petty bar looks like and it can be removed if you want to have a passenger:
