What's it called when like the hood, pillars, roof, and trunk of the car are black and the other lower half is another color? There's some term for it... myabe skybird or something, i dunno - im crazy.

I'm thinking about doing that with my teg with black (possibly cf) and blue.

Term is called ghetto.

There are a few that don't look that bad though, such as this one. I would prefer everything painted though.

Yeah, one of the few cars that look good with the ghe-ho' style paint, stick to 1 color..

I saw this on type R, i think, on here before.. It was CW with the top part painted black. The guy had a whole page on it.. I think the car was in a fire or seomthing like that and the guy ended up rebuilding and painting the whole thing. If anyone has a link to that, post it up. Thanks.

thats the same thing I was thinkin...I think it looks mad ghetto

 

theres a teamin hawaii called endless garage and all of there cars roll a two tone styling. there cars are really clean.

 

This isn't a teg, but a MX-6 from my car club but it has the 2 tone(black and white paint job)

This car is local here in South Florida, iti s not 2 tones.. that a Carbon Fiber hood and real spoon Carbon Fiber lip you are looking at. This is one of the tightest JDM conversion integras here in MIA

So what about the black top and mirrors? Should we says it's 3 tones
Both the blue car and your red one look clean
Also prefers to not have blk top on anything other than a blk car

 

mine is going to be carbon and house of kolors brandy wine with a gold pearl and advans

 

They look good.. But I am not into that 2 tone color..

the only cars ive seen that can pull it off r the ALL STAR cars...like that teg, and their s14...white n black 2 tone looks ghey!

What color is CF? Black. The lip and hood obviously look black. The roof, mirrors, and rear hatch are black as well.

 

that blue teg is the only one ive seen that had a two tone color scheme that i liked...crx's look good two tone though, as well as some 240's.

 

There was a thread where a guy had an ITR that caught fire and he totally rebuilt it. CF hood with the black pillars, roof, and trunk. Looked really wicked.

 

i saw the post about the white gsr that was painted black, but it looked rediculous cuz the hatch was white, but the rear pillars were black, hood and roof were black.

to the owner of that car... simply REDICULOUS.

 

i saw a white integra in VT with a black roof pillars and trunk it looked like an eagle talon
