Default What kind of mods are car transferrable?

I have an older prelude ('89) that I will be driving for a couple years, but I want to transfer whatever work I put into it over to another car later (probably an Integra GSR/ITR)... What kind of parts (besides audio) are completely transferrable? (bolt-ons I guess is what I am talking about)...

Or should I just mod the audio or something?

I wanted a little bit of extra power because I would be driving that prelude for at least a full year (probably a couple though) before I make any switches in cars...

otherwise, I may just go for all the value parts that give me good bang for the buck...but are not transferrable... (I would try and get the top-of-the-line parts if they were transferrable)...

Thanks for any help here...

geez...that just sucks...I already knew that

uhh...ya think a b18C1 or B18c5 setup will fit in a prelude (year 89-90) with no problems? (what engine is in there right now BTW? it's a 2.0L Si)

Then, would it transfer over to the TEG with no problems? It would right? Just tuning and junk needed...

??
