i own a 95 integra ls. the exhaust manifold is getting red hot after being driven for a few miles. dealers say nothing is wrong with it. but at night you can see the manifold glowing red.

how do you know the manifold is glowing red when you are driving your car?


Honestly, there is probably nothing wrong with it. My manifold progbably does the same thing. The actual exhaust manifold is tinited red from where supposedly it's been glowing red from some hard driving.

I know for a fact that there is nothing wrong with my motor, other than exhaust gases cannot escape fast enough - hence the fact it glows red.
