got 500 bucks to spend for a h22 header...which one?
i recently came up on 500 bucks to spend, im looking for a good header now for my h22 EG, i was looking at imagine engineering, AN-R, and hot shot all looks good, but are there any else that i can afford for 500 bucks?

coool, i like that, but how much hp gain would i expect as compared to those that cost a lil bit more? ive got a quote from imagine engineering that an aproximately +17 hp gain for thier 600 dollar header, thats about 35 bucks per hp.
I have yet to see any dyno results on a stock H22 from SMSP or Hytech on their H22 headers that show they are the "best". I know SMSP has results from a modded motor that he uses a lot, but not a customer that bought one and goes and tests it. Just a thought.

I would have to agree with Suprdave. Only the best.
I have an AN-r and it is pretty good. I can tell gains. But I also added exhaust and flywheel/clutch and intake at same time but makes car sound good too.
If I would have been patient though I would have waited for SMSP or Hytech.
