call paypal if you feel youve' been scammed....

i was scammed to but the other way..


i sold 650 in parts and had the guy go to paypal and say it was fraud.. now i am out 650 and my parts.. i know he got them and he is using them.. fraud my ***.

To allablur, if he says that the package was signed for, GET THAT TRACKING# AND USE IT! Trace it on the UPS website and find out where it was sent to and who signed for it. The actual signature with a typed name will be in the details of the tracking page, unless UPS just left it on your doorstep and then you need to place a claim with UPS.

To KTeller8, do the same and you can prove to paypal that he got the goods. Or if you know anyone in his area, have them meet him and say "cool car dude, can I take a pic?". Almost any stunna loser like that is going to say yes. Good luck.

i have proof and i have all the information needed, its between paypal and his credit card company to give me my money back...

once that time elapse, i ll take it in my own hands.

So did you ever get a tracking#? If so, do the details on the UPS website say if it was delivered to your address and who signed for it? Again, good luck with it.

hey not sure if i can help but buck has ordered stuff from me bfore and always came through..

then again, i am the seller in those cases.. i am sure you can get a hold of him via aim/email or phone..

 

KTeller8, allablur said he is not responding to phone calls or email and he won't give a valid tracking#. The paypal address that allablur listed above came up unfound on mapquest but the metacrawler white pages did find a listing for a Brenda Lemoine there, although it might be out of date. Would you please email me the phone# and address you used to send him stuff? Thanks

if u don't get it 1st you request a refund from paypal telling them u did not get what u paid for and they will give u you money back. paypal transactions are insured to 500 dollars

so turns out it was all one big misunderstanding and we have cleared everything up, the package was sent to my old appartment and got returned and he thought it was signed for. he also came out of pocket to overnight it to me to fix this whole mess hope to be able to do bussiness again and would recommend as a source for great products
