Default NEW CAR!

hey guys, thought i'd share the car excitement going on for me...

i just picked up a '95 dx hatchback for a great price, in good condition. the paint isn't the best, but the deal was good, so i went for it. originally i was going to buy a car with a swapped motor already in it, but hardly any i saw were legal in cali. so... i decided to get a stock one and do it myself. here are the pics.

i also picked up a 99 gsr motor, and various other things that are going to be on the car very soon. shown in that last picture are the gsr rear brakes. i also have gsr fronts sitting in the garage, along with the booster and gsr (abs) master cylinder. I just need to pick up an rs mc, and 40/40 prop valve and the brake system should be complete!!! let me know what you guys think, thanks.

oh yeah, this is also my first 5th gen... in the 1st pic you can see my old car, '91 hatchback. i already swapped my rotas onto the new one as you can see. so i'm pretty new to EGs.

suspension is totally stock right now. but i have gc's from my old car. i'm thinking about just running those on stock shocks for now.. i know i know but i can't afford anything nice yet. i'm going to hold out for some nice coilovers, or maybe konis, since i have the koni gc hardware. eventually, i want that comptech rear sway/tie bar combo! that thing looks burly.

i got all the stuff off a wrecked 99 gsr. the guy let us take anything we wanted off the car. we took the motor, brakes/suspension arms, black leather interior, his wheels with azenis, 2 ecus, an obd1 harness, the master cylinder/booster, 1 axle (the other was messed up because of the crash), all the bolts/nuts we could find, the gauge cluster... basically anything we thought we might potentially be able to use. it was really a great find!
