96 EK HB front bumper changeover to 2000

96 EK HB front bumper changeover to 2000
Anyone know if I wil need new fender to change over to the 99-00 civic stock bumper? I know I will need a new hood and headlights right? Any help would be appreciated.

No you have to cut the grill and bend the radiator support a little bit.
