Im looking at the back of my hatch, and I cant seem to pick out which wires I would need to locate and splice so that I can rig up a switch that cuts off my whole back lighting (lights & lisence plate light) Does anyone have a wiring diagram, or is this just common sense and Im looking in the wrong places... Any help = Thanks

Sorry guys, I must be in teh wrong forum then.. I just figured since its in a eg6.. and it seems kind of technical.. That it might belong... my bad i'll move it to the "running from the cops forum" wait.. I cant find it...

 

maybe the Audio/Security/Video forum, they know a lot about car electronics

 

Dad use to have one on every car he owned but since he was a cop and a P.I. you can see why.

Hint: Dont do something stupid enough to attract the cops!

 

Tap in near the fuse box. A lot easier.... But yeah, like everyone else said, don't do things to attract attention from the cops and wrong forum and such.
