Default EF1 m24E,m25, and m25E compression

i was just looking at accordinglydone.com and i was looking at the EF1 cams and ive read about the m24 cams but i havnt heard much about the m24E, m25, and m25E cams and what compression they work best with ...so i thought i would come to you guys and see whose running these cams what compression you are running or what compression you think would work best with these cams... im thinking about buying the EF1 head package for my 2.0 Ls/vtec setup and i just wanted to get some more info on these cams because i havnt heard much about them ...so anything you guys know would be a big help ...

for a cam as large as the M24 you probably want at least 12.5:1 compression. Its better to choose your cam around your engine, and not the other way around IMHO. What kind of compression are you running?

M24e's should be the biggest cam you guys should be running unless you got 15:1 CR and 95+mm Crank and 86mm bores.

when looking at cams the head desing will also play a part with what type of portting and size valves u have, also what rev range u want to make the most power and tq in. It seems these days that everyone is goin for the bigest cams to get the most peek power but this will do u no good on the street and even on the track u need a nice power band.. not something that looks like a fat man jump beside the seismigraph, to get that nice peak at 9-10k for all out race cars its alittle different.. but i wonter how many ppl are running around out thare on the street with cams that are just to big for them
