Too good to be true? I know they are knockoff Recaro's, just wanna hear some opinons.

Sorry, I don't really have anything to add. I'm curious about how these hold up. I have genuine Recaro SRDs in my M3 and I have to say these look like a close knock-off. The reclining hardware is very different but it certainly looks the part...

i plan to get a pair myself. i kno someone at work with a pair they not bad for the price pretty firm but not too firm. cant beat the price. as far as duribility comes have no idea he just got them

How long do you guys figure they will hold up?
And how do you install them, can you use factory rails?

could always get them and if you end up not liking them sell them back on ebay

wow haven't seen those on ebay yet!
they look very nice... i would be worried about stiching falling apart or foam padding getting compressed... but its so damn cheap

 

those actually look pretty damn good,...and 80 bucks for shipping both seats is a good deal also

there ok , i had the all red ones in my hatch , but once u sit in a recaro or another real seat youll never want to sit in the fakies again......hence why i sold the fakes and bought a recaro srd.....

there a little flimsy , and wide , but nice!

Kidding of course as you already know. I enjoy the look of the seat, just not ready for the possible consequence after time has tested them. Good luck in whichever you decide

I've sat in those seats before at Super Autobacs and they feel like ****. The seat is designed for fat people or something because it felt really big on me. Also the padding is hard.

yep , there isnt much padding , and ur *** and back hurt after a while , and they are meant for fat asses
