The 88dx's weigh about 100 pounds more than th 88hf's. Where does the extra 100 pounds come from?

HF's have smaller bumpers - only rated at 2.5mph instead of the normal 5mph. Also has smaller/lighter catalytic converter.

Bumpers on my DX weighed over 30lbs total. gm

Check it folks. I just got my 89 Hf together with a tubo ZC @7psi. .... holy ****!!. (sorry for the cusing but it's truely worth it)

I had the motor in my 90 Si for about six months with that setup. It felt pretty good but in my HF it blows me away. The whole car feels better. The sway bars keep it more level, the shocks keep it more stiff and it doesn't scrape the cat anymore because the car sits higher.
