Tried to Call, no answer. anybody have a good experience with em? am i just overly paranoid.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Hello, I apologize if there has been any hassle or delay on checking on the status of your order. E-mail and IM is usually not the best way to contact us as it can become VERY backed up. When we log on to HT, we get 15-30 IMs or more sometimes, and that is not counting other sites we frequent. During the day, we are constantly hit with AIMs and it just takes time to respond. In the middle of all that, the phone is ringing constantly so it becomes the focus of our attention. For us, the phone takes precedence over all other forms of communication and if that inconveniences you, I am truly sorry. If you tried to call and could not get an answer, keep in mind that we are in the Central Time Zone which means that if you live in California, by 4:00PM your time, we are on our way home. We have not dissapeared or are trying to hide from you or scam you, we just went home, that simple.

I pulled your order log from our system and I found when it was submitted to the Online Cartserver on the 27th, not the 26th: Order # 1787-5889-2407 Payment via XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXX 12/27/03 at 14:29:13 from denvavietboy3o3@aol.com type:S1 Which would make it Saturday at about 2:30PM or about 30 minutes before we closed. Since that was an online order and not a phone in order, you received an automated (pre-generated) response to confirm your order, to let you know your order went through.

At this point I think you are being totally over-paranoid. Please call me tomorrow so I can check and update you on the status of your order. Our phone number is TOLL-FREE 1-800-478-0952 and you can reach us from 9-3 tomorrow (short hours for New Year) or Friday from 9-6 Central Time. Lightning hasn't stayed in business for the last 10 years by ripping people off and we're not starting now. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Tom

I ordered two fuel pumps, one a long time ago and one recently. They both showed up without even having to contact Lightning. I also just ordered ARP studs, one set that was backordered - I didn't even contact them, I got a FedEx tracking number as soon as they were in stock. Definetly one of the better vendors on this board

I've bought a couple parts here and there from lightning motorsports before and they have great service. I have no complaints from them.

I would have to say that Tom is as far from a scammer as you could possibly get. I ordered my headstuds yesterday afternoon at 4:00pm and they are here already!!! By far some of the best customer service I have ever recieved.

Jesus Christ have you ever heard of patience? Lightning is 100% Legit, I have done several transactions with them and am very satisfied. I also ordered my Tial wastegate from No Limit and received it just in time for Christmas. Don't worry! If you have any questions you should ask the company rather than come on here and wine! You also must consider you are in CO and they are in Louisianna which is 2-3 Day Transit time. Not including Holidays or weekends.

Jesus Christ have you ever heard of reading a post completely before you flame? I did try to contact the company 3 times with no avail. I did not post to whine that my WG did not appear overnight. I Understand shipping takes a while, and in nowhere in my post AT ALL did i say i was mad because i did not get it yet. I simply wanted to check the validity/respectability of the company so i can decide if i should continue to try and contact the company or just wait it out. Now that I was able to contact lightning motorsports in a form (tried AIM and phone) and recieved a valid answer, this post is useless, as are your comments.
