If u can find a dyno then you can have St0opid tune it because i believe he's coming back to norcal soon.

Actually I think for NorCal it will probably be Ryan Folconer (Salinas) or Jerry Woods Enterprise (Campbell) who probably carries the most Motec equipment and has the most experience. Both of those shops build some of the most powerful setups for CART, Formula 5000, ALMS, SCCA, etc...
Ryan Falconer is just starting to shift focus into ALMS and sports car engines with Motec, etc... and Jerry Woods is still building some of the most famous AMLS and SCCA cars using Motec systems. Jerry Woods use of Motec setups is AMAZING!
Both places listed about are not Honda places, however both have a HUGE knowlage of Motec and are some of Motec's top dealers and racers.
Best thing to do is find a good shop who can dyno tune your car and has the most dyno time with a Motec. Why? You don't want to pay for tons of hrs on dyno tuning while the tuner is trying to figure out or refresh his memory on how Motec works. The better the tuner knows Motec the less money you will pay on the dyno.

I doubt anyone on this board can afford any of those names you've just mentioned.
But if you want a shop in norcal who has first hand experience pertaining to hondas with motec at an affordable price come to rcrew.
Our shop car currently runs an m800 w/ individual coils, and adl dash.

how do you guys tune cars? Last I checked you didn't have a dyno, etc... or is it just street tuning or adjusting template files to work with other setups?
If a customer can afford buying a Motec setup, I would think they could afford good tuning. Not to mention tuning is the most important aspect in tuning, cost should not be an issue. Also the cost they charge isn't that high and well worth it.
Personally for the bay area (NorCal) I still stand by Dynospot Racing or the others listed above seeing that they have all the tuning equipment, dyno, wideband, and have the most knowledge with almost every ECU software and setup and also tune various cars for major organizations that use Motec, FAST, GIAC, Hondata, AEM, Tectom, custom chipping, etc...

I build the maps from scratch, tuning part throttle and wot on the street, and rent someones dyno for final numbers. For 2004, I'm part of Team Modacar, and will be working with them on their dynojet.
I've installed and worked on various cars with the speed pro since early 99', and I did beta testing for their windows software. From there I moved on to Autronic, and did a little bit of work w/ an AEM. I've been doing motec this past year, and I'm familiar w/ aspects of the system from start to finish. So far, I've done two m800's and one m4 pro.
As for Lawarence at DSR, I have nothing but good things to say about him, as I've known and been friends with him even before he worked at CB. And as for my abilites, we'll see what I'm capable of this race season. My b16 street car ran 11's back in 2001.

Although this has been posted before, this is an example of my work. I built this harness completely from scratch in house, and it is only a rough prototype to get the car running.
Rcrew is a small shop that primarily does jdm importing, but we use an array of motec products on our personal cars, and we own various programmable ecu's for r&d purposes. We also have a motec plm and a milspec crimper to create harnesses like you see above. Our goal is to make motec more affordable for the average person.
That Motec Picture gave me a chub...
Anyways, the R-crew guys are awesome...and who cares if they dont have a dyno.
Not everyone has 30Grand, nor wants to spend it. I would let them wire a motec in my car...

RCrew is pretty well known. they should know what they're doing. look at the cars they build and the guys that goes there. it should tell you a lot about how they are and if you don't know go to there site http://www.rcrewracing.com
not hating at all. I was just curious if you guys established a motec account which would mean you guys got a dyno since its a requirement for the account.
I speak with many motec dealers around here and I was curious if you guys were gonna be the first honda motec dealer in the US which is what motec has been lacking. That would be a huge plus since many people have to result to going to motec tuners who don't normally work with hondas. Also on your webpage is states nothing really about motec which is why I was asking.
