depending upon the dealership they might get charged an additional 10% over cost if an acura dealer buys it from a honda dealer
i know bert o can get honda parts, not sure if pricing is different though

If the part numbers cross over-yes. If not, at least at my dealership, we can't get them-we have to buy them out from our local Honda dealer. Many Integra/Civic and CL/Accord part numbers are the same. But if you punch in a Honda only part number into the Acura system-it will show as an invalid part number.
