Rpm problem...LOOK
ok, i put a 95 ex cluster in my 92 civic cx. everything works fine except the rpm's . I dont know why either.. Does it have to be pre-wired for a tach? When i bought it from my friend it was working.. (and i tried searching and coudnt find nothing)

No it does not need to be wired. Take your cluster back out with the plugs still connected to the cluster. Look for a blue wire. Try wiggling it around. Sometimes the pin comes loose and does make metal contact to your cluster. hth
