Check the resistance value across the terminals. That'll tell your whether they're PnH or Saturated.

The OBD-2 97+ Prelude 290cc injectors are black-tipped. The set that I have has 0H07 and ni-ro (in katakana) written on the body with a splash of blue paint on the four dots at the top.

The OBD-2 B20Z injectors I have are dark brown-tipped with neon yellow paint on the four dots at the top.

The OBD-1 Integra GS-R injectors are tan-tipped with white paint on the four dots.

Those are the trends that I've seen.

just to allow people to figure it out in the future the OBD-1 prelude injectors also have a blue dot but the tip is Dark green/moss green. I saw some website having a picture of this to confirm it. and I believe black tip = 0bd2 Prelude injectors.
