Headlight question, H4 & H3 bulbs

Headlight question, H4 & H3 bulbs
I'm looking for some new headlights and fog light bulbs for my truck. I was looking at the PIAA's at an auto parts stroe but they wanted $80, and $70 for each set. I was looking at the Super White ones. Does anyone know where to get them cheaper, or what other brand to buy thats as good and will last me more than 2 months. I've gone through 3 sets of fog light bulbs so far, and my headlights are blue, which I don't like. I want them to match, both being Super White. Thanks for the help,
