Default where the crap did my rev limiter go??

sup guys , i cant understand where my rev limiter went on my ex motor ahahah.....ok i havent hit redline since i put my turbo kit in , its an obd-2 stock ecu with emanage piggyback , my AVCR has shown my rpm's in the 7200 range sometimes , isnt that high for an ex??? whats redline and fuel cutoff for the y8??

fuel cut is around 7200.

my safc on my d16z6 has shown peak readings of 7600 w/o me hitting fuel cuttoff... so go figure. My brother went over 8k once on his first drive in 1st gear... I thought he blew my motor, but she held.

Friends mini me reved to 8500 once. His motor still running strong.

I'd be willing to bet it's going to die. A rod bearing would be my guess.

This happend a long time ago and it still runs.

Damn, guess he got lucky then. Most motors that I have seen overrev end up throwing a bearing later on down the road. to your friend and I hope his mini me never dies.

hahah i remember when i first got my '92 si hatch and it seems like i never hit my rev limiter but i eventually did ...
