Depends on the color of the car and what car it is going on. Old school car, old school rims (fatty fives). Newer cars, newer rims (blades). Just a general guideline, doesn't always have to be the case.

I would say Si, i think they look good on EVERY common civic or teg generation-EF,EG,EK,DA, or DC

i would like blades even more if honda wasnt so cheap to make only one rim, so it looks backwards on one side, instead of making two different rims so it makes it correct...
