Default Should I buy skunk two stage two cams for my 95 gsr

I want some more power but still need the car to be daily drivable. Shold I throw in some cams and if yes... how much should i pay for them. also... if I get cams, do i need springs and retainers and valves...

For a stock compression GSR you could run Toda 'A's , Skunk 2 stage 1's, or equivalent. You should at least upgrade your valve springs to ITR valve springs. Buy a set of ITR intake valve springs and swap your GSR intake springs to the exhaust side. Stock retainers will be fine for this setup. And you can run the stock ECU with those cams.

If you buy stage 2 you need to replace your springs/retainers. Also to up your compression to at least 11.5:1. You should just get ctr cams and an itr valvetrain. Those are cheaper and can give some good power with other basic bolt ons and tuning.

If you get ctr cams and an itr valuetrain for a b16a head can you use your stock bottom end?
