cant remember for sure, but i believe its a type r...two rings going out, one going in...i could be wrong though.

i believe that that is an itr/ctr exhaust cam
the ctr intake cam has 2 rings
and the ctr/itr exhaust cam has one ring
the ctr intake cam has 2 rings
and the ctr/itr exhaust cam has one ring
