Default Where to buy Motul 600?

Got a dealer's appoinment this Fri. Any local shops that carries Motul? Or websites that send them out quick?
And how many bottles do I need to flush the brake fluid to Motul?
Any other advise on using the Motul 600?

3-4 should be good enough. where are you located? you might want to order from someone thats close to you because of the big delays in shipping these days..

Two half-liter bottles should be enough.

Doesnt Motul absorb moisture more readily than most fluids? I went to the local cycle shop to get some and he recommended not using it unless I flush the brakes regularly.

Default How about Ford HD, reliable and cost less than Motul?

I still have my Motul 600 on the shelf in my garage. Having boiled it at Laguna Seca, I changed to Ford HD upon the recommend of a fellow racer, a NSX driver. I am now a happy Ford customer; cheap and reliable.

From Inline Four:
The D.O.T 4 600 brake fluid is recommended for racing purposes only due to it's characteristic to easily absorb moisture and requires frequent changing.

This makes me wonder... is Motul 600 any good for street/autoX? I know this has been covered before and people said that this fluid was fine for street and did not need to be changed any more than the stock fluid if just driving on the street. Can anybody shed some light on this?

I've also heard reports (can't find the thread in the Competition forum) of a squishy brake pedal after installing the Motul 600 fluid.

For hard street/autox would the Motul 5.1 fluid be better or is htere nothing to worry about with the Motul 600?
