the power steering pump in my 93 ex whines like crazy, how can i fix it, its not low on fluid or anything, i know on my mustang i just drained the whole rack, and re filled it, and on the cap it had breather holes to let air out, should i just do the same with this?

 

you could by my old one. If its not low on fluid then the pump is probably going out.
